Job summary

Loenbro is seeking a Project Controls Coordinator to support change management, contract administration, forecasting, and project audits across assigned projects. The role serves as a key resource for Area and Project Managers to bolster the financial health of our projects.

You will work with field teams and management to maintain contract values, track revenue, and ensure compliance with Loenbro's controls and EH&S standards on onsite Omaha-area sites.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction administration, contracts, project accounting, or project controls experience.
• Proficient in Excel and reporting capabilities.
• Understanding of construction financial controls and change management.

Responsibilities

• Manage change order entry and contract modifications within Vista.
• Maintain contract values and revenue tracking.
• Support forecasting reviews and project financial analysis.
• Assist with project audits and compliance reviews.
• Help identify risk through the projects.
• Coordinate project closeout activities and documentation.
• Support project leadership with reporting and project controls processes.
• Assist the Area and Project Managers.

Job Summary

The Project Controls Coordinator is responsible for change management, contract administration, forecasting support, project audits, and closeout activities. This role serves as a key resource for Area and Project Managers and supports the overall financial health of projects.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with company procedures and controls

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction administration, contracts, project accounting, or project controls experience.
• Proficient in Excel and reporting capabilities.
• Understanding of construction financial controls and change management.

Preferred

• Vista ERP preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Bilingual Spanish

Work Environment

• Outdoor industrial sites with exposure to weather extremes.
• Occasional travel may be required.
• Potential exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, or other environmental factors.

This role requires compliance with all applicable safety regulations, personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, and Loenbro's Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) policies.
