Job summary

Loenbro, LLC is seeking a Project Controls Coordinator in Omaha, NE to manage change orders, contract administration, forecasting support, and project audits. This role serves as a key resource for Area and Project Managers and supports the financial health of projects.

Qualified candidates will have 2+ years in construction administration or project controls, strong Excel skills, and experience with Vista ERP. Bilingual Spanish is a plus, and travel may be required.

• Proficient in Excel and reporting capabilities.
• Understanding of construction financial controls and change management.

Responsibilities

• Manage change order entry and contract modifications within Vista.
• Maintain contract values and revenue tracking.
• Support forecasting reviews and project financial analysis.
• Assist with project audits and compliance reviews.
• Help identify risk through the projects.
• Coordinate project closeout activities and documentation.
• Support project leadership with reporting and project controls processes.
• Assist the Area and Project Managers.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and controls.

Job Summary

Essential Job Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction administration, contracts, project accounting, or project controls experience.
• Proficient inExcel and reporting capabilities.
• Understanding of construction financial controls and change management.

Preferred

• Vista ERP preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Bilingual Spanish

Work Environment

• Outdoor industrial sites with exposure to weather extremes.
• Occasional travel may be required.
• Potential exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, or other environmental factors.

This role requires compliance with all applicable safety regulations, personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, and Loenbro's Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) policies.
