A Project Controls/Closeout Coordinator is needed to join our Telecom Project Controls team. This role is essential for the successful execution of team initiatives across the United States. The candidate will oversee financial project activities, manage and review project data, ensure compliance with procurement policies, and handle closeout deliverables. Maintaining project integrity and financial accuracy throughout the project lifecycle is crucial.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in construction project controls, preferably in the telecom industry
• Prior experience working on AT&T Projects is highly preferred
• Intermediate Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a remote environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project teams to develop and manage project plans, reports, and schedules
• Perform data entry, review, and processing of project forms and deliverables
• Maintain project trackers and third-party tracking databases
• Assist in data collection, validation, and system updates
• Manage project invoicing processes
• Act as liaison between National Project Accountants and Procurement
• Participate in internal calls and provide administrative support
• Communicate project status to team members
• Analyze data and create action items based on project status
• Prepare and deliver project reports
• Collaborate on process improvements with Accounting, Purchasing, and Accounts Payable teams
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

Pay Range:

$31.25/hr
