• Implements procurement, submittals, reviews timelines into the schedule.
• Analyzes the accuracy of quantity take-offs.
• Tracks project costs and earned value.
• Inputs and updates pending and approved change orders in the schedule.
• Produces baseline vs. actual schedule reports.
• Maintains accurate and complete CPM network narratives.
