Job summary

Ramboll US Corporation in Lansdale, PA, is seeking a Project Management Assistant to support EPC project delivery by establishing robust project controls for cost, schedule, forecasting, and reporting. This role partners with the Project Manager, discipline leads, procurement, construction, and finance to provide timely, accurate performance insight and ensure governance compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years related experience required.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and change management.
• Ability to produce executive-level reporting for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain project controls structures (WBS, budgets, cost reports).
• Monitor and analyze project financials, accruals, variances and cost drivers.
• Develop forecasts, cash flow projections and dashboards; communicate trends and risks.
• Support change management, progress tracking, and monthly reporting.
