Job summary

Ramboll seeks a Project Management Assistant to support EPC project delivery from a construction trailer in Lansdale, PA. You will establish and maintain project controls for cost, schedule, forecasting, and reporting, partnering with project managers, discipline leads, procurement, construction, and finance to provide timely performance insight and governance compliance.

This role also handles project administration, documentation, reporting cycles, change tracking, and stakeholder coordination

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 2+ years of project controls experience.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and change management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain project control structures (WBS, budgets, cost reporting).
• Monitor and analyze project financials including commitments and accruals.
• Develop forecasts, cash flow projections, and performance dashboards.
• Support change management, progress tracking, and monthly reporting.
• Maintain project controls documentation and support closeout activities.
