Job summary

ENGIE North America Inc. is seeking a Project Controls Analyst II to support the Development, Engineering & Delivery department by monitoring project schedules, budgets, and program management activities for the Distributed Solar & Storage business.

The role involves monthly reporting, financing request support, and maintaining SOPs. You will be a resource for PMIS usage and audits, reporting to the Director of Asset Management, combining technical and admin responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years in project management, scheduling, or construction management.
• Intermediate Excel with large datasets, pivot tables, and conditional formatting.
• Experience with Salesforce reporting and analytics.
• SAP proficiency for project financial tracking and spend reconciliation.
• Understanding of CAPEX vs OPEX accounting concepts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project development, schedules, and budgets.
• Provide monthly schedule and budget reports.
• Assist with SOPs and lessons learned activities.
• Support monthly financing request preparation and documentation.
• Serve as the PMIS contact for usage and audits.
