Job summary

ENGIE North America in Chicago/Houston is seeking a Project Controls Analyst II to monitor schedules, budgets, and program management activities for the Distributed Solar & Storage business. You will produce monthly schedule and budget reports and support financing request preparation.

The role blends technical and administrative duties and reports to the Director of Asset Management. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree with at least two years in project management or related fields,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum two years' experience in project management or related field.
• Intermediate Excel skills with large datasets, pivot tables, and advanced functions.
• Experience with Salesforce reporting and analytics.
• SAP proficiency for project financial tracking and spend reconciliation.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% and hybrid work policy.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project development and delivery activities, schedules, and budgets.
• Provide monthly schedule and budget reports to the Project Controls group.
• Assist with standard operating procedures and lessons learned program activities.
• Support preparation of monthly financing requests and documentation.
• Serve as a point of contact for project management information system usage and audits.
