Job summary

ENGIE North America in Houston, TX seeks a Project Controls Analyst II to monitor schedules, budgets, and program activities for the Distributed Solar & Storage business. The role delivers monthly reports, supports financing requests, and helps maintain SOPs and lessons learned.

The candidate will have a bachelor’s degree, 2+ years in PM/scheduling, strong Excel, Salesforce reporting, and SAP proficiency, plus CAPEX vs OPEX awareness and domestic travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years in project management, scheduling or related fields.
• Intermediate Excel with large data sets, pivot tables, and conditional formatting.
• Experience with Salesforce reporting and analytics.
• SAP proficiency for project financial tracking and spend reconciliation.
• Understanding of CAPEX vs OPEX accounting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project development and delivery activities, schedules, and budgets.
• Provide monthly schedule and budget reports to the Project Controls group.
• Assist with standard operating procedures and lessons learned program activities.
• Support preparation of monthly financing requests and documentation.
• Serve as a point of contact for project management information system usage and audits.
