Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Project Controls Analyst I to join our Waterloo, Iowa team supporting a diverse portfolio of projects across Aviation, Transportation, and Water. This is an excellent opportunity to develop project controls expertise while working with multidisciplinary project teams on complex capital programs.

You will monitor project financial performance, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and reporting, collaborating with project managers and finance teams.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or demonstrated equivalency of experience/education.
• Experience with project controls and financial management in engineering/construction contexts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project financial performance, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and reporting.
• Assist with monthly forecasting including EAC, labor hours, costs, and revenue.
• Track and report on project progress, costs, and performance metrics.
• Support earned value management, change management, and risk analysis.
• Prepare project financial reports and management summaries across multiple platforms.
