Job summary

AECOM Hunt is seeking an experienced Project Controls Analyst to support project cost, scheduling, forecasting, and reporting for a major construction project. This role will implement and manage project controls systems to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and per contract requirements.

The Project Controls Analyst will collaborate with project management, field operations, estimating, and the client to monitor performance and provide strategic insight into cost and schedule

Qualifications

• BA/BS Construction Management, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in Construction project controls.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards and tracking tools for cost and progress.
• Prepare revised cost forecasts and analyze progress trends.
• Review and approve contractor invoices and expenditures.
• Maintain cost control databases and funding alignment.
