AECOM is seeking a Project Analyst III to join our Waterloo, Iowa team supporting a diverse portfolio of projects across our Aviation, Transportation, and Water business lines. This role will support projects ranging from transportation infrastructure, bridges and structures, and aviation facilities to water and other complex infrastructure programs.

Qualifikationen

• BA/BS+ 4 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
• Experience with project controls, forecasting, and financial management.
• Strong attention to detail and QA/QC of financial data.

Aufgaben

• Manage project controls and financial activities from setup through closeout, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Develop and maintain monthly forecasts, including estimates at completion (EAC), labor hours, costs, and revenue.
• Monitor project budgets, expenditures, commitments, revenue, profitability, and cash flow; identify variances and risks.
• Coordinate monthly project billing and review contract terms, approved rates, expenses, and progress.
• Prepare project financial reports and management summaries for leadership.
