Job Description

Stelic is seeking a highly motivated Project Controls Analyst to join our growing team. You will gain exposure to complex projects across data centers, life sciences, and infrastructure while learning directly from experienced project controls professionals, senior schedulers, and project leadership.

This position provides structured development, direct project exposure, and a clear path toward advancement. Growth is based on competency, performance, professionalism, and readiness rather than tenure alone. Stelic’s structured development program includes:

  • Mentorship from experienced project controls professionals
  • Exposure to active capital projects across Stelic’s major markets
  • Training in scheduling and project controls fundamentals
  • Hands‑on support of reporting, trackers, schedule updates, and analytics
  • Progressive responsibility tied to demonstrated performance
  • Future opportunities in scheduling, cost management, analytics, or broader project controls

In this role, you will learn:

  • Construction scheduling and CPM principles
  • Primavera P6 and other project controls platforms
  • Cost management and forecasting
  • Project controls reporting and dashboarding
  • Data analytics and performance tracking
  • Risk management
  • Capital project delivery, procurement, commissioning, and turnover
  • Project controls best practices across data centers, life sciences, and infrastructure
Responsibilities
  • Shadow senior project controls professionals on active projects
  • Support project controls workflows, reporting, and analytics
  • Assist with schedule reviews and update preparation
  • Support progress collection and performance tracking
  • Maintain logs, trackers, and reporting tools
  • Attend project meetings and document action items
  • Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Demonstrate increasing ownership as skills develop
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Professional demeanor and work ethic
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new software quickly
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work remotely and travel occasionally

  • Internship, co‑op, research, or project experience
  • Exposure to construction, engineering, analytics, project management, or capital projects
  • Interest in scheduling, project controls, analytics, or construction management
  • Exposure to Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Power BI, Excel, or other analytical platforms
  • Prior software experience is helpful but not required. We place a higher value on learningability, curiosity, and problem‑solving ability than existing technical knowledge
  • Graduate degree
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Business, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Economics, Project Management, or a related field
