Job summary

The role emphasizes schedule and budget control, documentation, and contract management. The ideal candidate has an associate degree or equivalent, 6+ years of project support experience, and strong writing and communication skills, plus proficiency with MS Project and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience in related field.
• 6+ years of experience supporting project work.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including MS Project.
• Ability to work independently, multi-task, and prioritize.
• Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills.
• Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities.
• Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
• Background check results satisfactory to SEL.
• Negative drug test results.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with technical lead and/or Project Manager to control all aspects of project including schedule, budget, documentation, contracts, and account receivables.
• Coordinate activities on multiple projects with project team, customers and subcontractors.
• Assist in the development and negotiation of proposals and project cost estimates.
• Assist in ensuring project procedure compliance and document control.
• Follow SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.

• Other duties as assigned.
