Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group (QISG) is seeking an Assistant Project Manager I to support the Project Manager across multiple projects in Boise. You will coordinate engineering, estimating, project controls, procurement, and construction activities through development and execution phases.

You will assist in creating schedules, participate in value engineering, and help prepare monthly reviews and closeouts, while collaborating with safety and procurement teams to ensure on-time,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Construction Science/Management, Engineering, or equivalent field.
• Self-starting and able to work independently.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
• Familiarity with estimating, scheduling, and project management processes.
• Understanding of EPC processes and construction means/methods.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering, estimating, project controls, procurement, and construction activities during development and execution phases.
• Assist PM in developing the initial project schedule with engineering, estimating, project controls, procurement, and construction management.
• Participate in value engineering and constructability reviews.
• Develop subcontractor and vendor scopes of work and schedules exhibits with PM review.
• Collaborate with Safety to develop and implement project safety plans and incident investigations.
• Prepare monthly project review reports and assist with project closeouts and financial reviews.
