Qualifikationen

• Experience in Project Controlling and Contract Management, including cost/margin analysis.
• Knowledge of revenue recognition and free-cash-flow components.

Aufgaben

• Develop Work Breakdown Structure and budgets for the project.
• Develop cost-to-complete estimates and percent complete evaluations.
• Track budget/forecast vs actual spend and explain variances.
• Assist with change orders, potential claims, and invoicing reconciliation.
• Prepare quarterly forecasts and KPI reporting for the project.
