Job summary

The successful candidate will manage cost control, budgeting and forecasting, and coordinate with global controllers on intracompany projects. Strong Excel, SAP CO experience and a proactive, collaborative mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or business-related field.
• 3–4 years in a controller or project controls role.
• Experience with SAP CO, cost and margin analysis.
• Knowledge of revenue recognition and free-cash-flow.
• Strong Excel and MS Office proficiency; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Develop WBS and budgets with the project team.
• Work with WPLs to develop cost-to-complete estimates.
• Track budgets vs actual spend using SAP, PCS and Primavera.
• Provide variance explanations and recovery plans.
• Prepare quarterly forecasts and annual budget reporting.
• Assist with Change Orders and potential claims.
• Monitor cash flow and reconcile invoicing and receipts.
• Coordinate with global controllers on intracompany projects.
