Qualifikationen

• 3-4 years of experience as Controller or similar role.
• Experience in Project Controlling and Contract Management, including cost/margin analysis.
• Experience in revenue recognition and free-cash-flow analysis.
• Knowledge of claim management and forecasting variances.
• Knowledge of Project Management basics.
• Proficiency with SAP, especially CO module.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Outlook skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• Proactive deal management in complex projects.
• Strong communication in a multicultural environment.
• Demonstrated teamwork and flexibility.

Aufgaben

• Develop the Work Breakdown Structure and project budgets with the project team.
• Create accurate cost-to-complete estimates and percent complete evaluations.
• Track and report budget/forecast vs actual spend using SAP, PCS, and Primavera; provide variance explanations.
• Review latest schedule and quarterly Earned Value reporting with the Project Planner.
• Monthly reporting of project results.
• Assist with Change Orders and potential claims tracking for additional work.
• Support project manager in tracking invoicing and cash flow.
• Prepare quarterly forecasts and annual budget with KPI reporting.
• Monitor project health and flag red-flag risks.
