You will manage contract requirements, budgets, staffing, and client communications to keep milestones on track. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of project management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and knowledge of rail systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 3-5 years of Project Management experience.
• Working knowledge of safety and security, Buy America regulations, train control systems, passenger vehicles, and rail operations.

Responsibilities

• Familiarize with contractual obligations and technical aspects of the project.
• Direct and review project activity planning to identify milestones and priorities.
• Estimate budgets and staffing; allocate resources to maximize efficiency and meet goals.
• Contribute to cost and schedule objectives and mitigate risks.
• Provide and present project status reviews to clients.
• Prepare and review cost analyses and extra work claims for the client.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure quality and safety standards.
• Perform other responsibilities as needed to support the project.
