Job summary

Aspen Contracting, Inc. is seeking a Project Consultant to build relationships with homeowners, inspect properties for storm damage, and guide customers from inspection to completion.

You will help homeowners understand restoration options and insurance claims while traveling locally within the Knoxville market. Training is provided, and the role offers a W-2 full-time position with weekly pay and uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Reliable transportation to travel locally.
• Ability to climb ladders and walk residential roofs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift equipment as needed.
• Ability to work a Full-Time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through networking, referrals, neighborhood marketing, and customer outreach.
• Schedule and conduct residential property inspections.
• Inspect roofs, siding, and gutters using company technology and training.
• Create detailed project estimates and scopes of work.
• Educate homeowners on restoration options and insurance claims.
• Manage customer relationships throughout the project.
• Coordinate with internal production teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Follow up after project completion to ensure customer satisfaction.

Report To Office: 116 North A Street, Lenoir City, TN 37771

Hiring throughout the Greater Knoxville area and surrounding East Tennessee communities.

Important: This position services the Knoxville market. While you will travel locally to customer appointments, all training, team meetings, and business-related activities are based out of our Lenoir City office.

Job Snapshot
