Job summary

Aspen Contracting, Inc is seeking a Project Consultant in Connecticut. You will work directly with homeowners to identify roofing, siding, and gutter restoration needs, guiding them from inspection to project completion.

This field-based role offers uncapped commissions and ongoing mentorship, with paid training and a clear advancement path. As a W2 employee, you’ll receive weekly pay and comprehensive sales and product training.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.

• Comfortable working outdoors.
• Ability to climb ladders and perform roof inspections.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through networking, referrals, canvassing, and community outreach
• Meet with homeowners and build lasting customer relationships
• Conduct property inspections for roofing, siding, and gutter restoration opportunities
• Educate homeowners on storm damage and insurance restoration processes
• Prepare estimates and project proposals
• Guide customers through agreements and project scheduling
• Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure successful project completion
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
• Represent Aspen Contracting with professionalism and integrity
