Job summary

CE Wilson Consulting, LLC is seeking a Senior Business Analyst I to support discovery, requirements gathering, and process design across diverse client engagements. You will help map current and future state processes, document business and technical requirements, and assist project managers with coordination and delivery.

You’ll interface with clients, document needs for software enhancements, and contribute to testing and user acceptance efforts while maintaining PMO standards and delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business, computer science or a related field.
• 5 years experience as a Business Analyst
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) designation from the IIBA
• Knowledge and use of MS Office Software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio

Responsibilities

• Conducts analysis and design phases of the project
• Performs secondary assessment of client needs
• Strong skills in documenting business and technical requirements
• Conducts client interviews and document findings
• Assist PM with management, coordination, and support of one or multiple projects
• Map business and technical processes and perform gap analysis
• Identify and document current and future state analysis, designs, and recommendations
• Provide input into the development of the project
• Present status and recommendations to the Project Manager
• May interface with clients as directed
• Document requirements for software enhancements, testing, and UAT
• Communicate user requirements to IT delivery teams
• Assist in problem resolution to ensure customer delivery
• Understand PMO environments to deliver results

Senior Business Analyst I

With a focus on delivering more than what is expected, we seek a talented and flexible Senior Business Analyst I who will assist with the discovery and requirements gathering, process analysis and design, and the overall implementation of projects effectively, efficiently, on-time, and within budget. Depending on client needs, an engagement period may require a full or part-time commitment.

Summary of Key Responsibilities:

• Conducts analysis and design phases of the project

• Ability to assist PM with management, coordination, and support of one or multiple projects
• Ability to map business and technical processes and perform gap analysis

• Provides input into the development of the project
• Presents status and recommendations to the Project Manager
• May interface with clients as directed
• Documents requirements for software enhancements, testing the enhancements and engaging user acceptance testing
• Able to communicate user requirements to IT development and delivery teams
• Assist in problem resolution as needed to ensure that the customers receive prompt, efficient service in accordance with project deliverables
• Understands PMO environments to deliver results
