Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years professional experience in business analysis or systems analysis roles with BS/BA; Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 7 years with Ph.D.
• Cybersecurity workforce certification AIM/IAT Level II (e.g., Security+, CASP+)
• Must be US Citizen
• Active Public Trust Clearance
• Proven success leading complex initiatives from discovery through delivery.
• Deep understanding of business analysis frameworks, methodologies, and tools.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey technical and business concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strong documentation skills, including experience writing BRDs, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Proficiency with collaboration and analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority.
• Ability to mentor junior team members and contribute to best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certification (CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or equivalent).
• Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid Agile environments.
• Familiarity with SQL or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for data analysis.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, or workflow platforms.
• Exposure to change management, user adoption strategies, or organizational transformation projects.

In this role, you will serve as a key advisor to stakeholders, shaping business solutions that deliver measurable value. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will lead discovery efforts, define complex business needs, and ensure clear communication between stakeholders and technical teams. You’ll take ownership of your workstreams, mentor junior analysts, and help drive initiatives that support digital transformation and strategic business outcomes.

• Drive continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies, proposing enhancements, and developing process documentation.
• Support organizational change management by defining communication plans, user training needs, and success metrics.
