Job summary

Custom Painting and Decorating in Orange County, CA is seeking ambitious sales professionals to run company-provided in-home appointments, build trust, and close deals. This full-time role offers hands-on training and a clear path to advancement.

Youll use our CRM to follow up, promote referrals, and represent a brand homeowners know and trust. Income potential is high with uncapped commissions and paid training.
