Tiello is seeking a Project Civil Engineer to join its in-house development and construction team. You will oversee site design, feasibility, permitting, and coordination with internal teams and outside consultants, with hands-on Civil 3D design.

This role offers ownership of projects, travel on a company jet for site visits nationwide, and opportunities for professional growth within a private real estate developer.

Qualifikationen

• BS in Civil Engineering from an accredited program.
• Active PE license required or clearly eligible to obtain soon.
• Strong knowledge of grading, drainage, and site design.
• Experience with municipal permitting and approvals.

Aufgaben

• Lead day-to-day civil engineering activities and coordinate with developers and consultants.
• Perform site design, grading, drainage, and utility sizing using Civil 3D.
• Oversee permitting, approvals, and project schedules.
• Collaborate with Architecture, Structural, and MEP teams.
