Tiello is seeking a Project Civil Engineer to join its in-house development and construction team. You will oversee site design, feasibility, permitting, and coordination with internal teams and outside consultants, with hands-on Civil 3D design.

This role offers ownership of projects, travel on a company jet for site visits nationwide, and opportunities for professional growth within a private real estate developer.

Qualifikationen

• BS in Civil Engineering from an accredited program.
• Active PE license required or clearly eligible to obtain soon.
• Strong knowledge of grading, drainage, and site design.
• Experience with municipal permitting and approvals.

We're seeking an experienced Project Civil Engineer who enjoys hands-on design while taking greater ownership of projects, technical decisions, and coordination with internal teams and outside consultants.

Civil Engineering Project Scope

• Conceptual site layouts and feasibility planning
• Commercial site design and land development
• Site grading, drainage, and stormwater detention
• Utility planning, design, and sizing
• ADA compliance and accessible site design
• Municipal approvals, permitting, and regulatory coordination
• Coordination with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines
• Construction administration, site visits, and field observation

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, including hands-on design experience
• Background in commercial site design and land development
• Knowledge of grading, drainage, stormwater management, and utility design
• Experience with municipal permitting and approvals
• Understanding of ADA accessibility requirements
• Ability to independently lead day-to-day civil engineering activities
• Strong technical, communication, and project coordination skills
