Job summary

Tiello and its civil engineering partners seek a Senior Civil Project Manager in Costa Mesa, CA to lead complex commercial land development projects from feasibility to construction. You will manage schedules, budgets, and client relations while guiding design teams through permitting and coordination with agencies.

The role requires a PE license, 10+ years in civil/site development, and strong AutoCAD Civil 3D skills. Excellent leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 10+ years experience in civil/land/site development.
• Active PE license; U.S. state license acceptable.
• Strong knowledge of grading, drainage, utilities, and permitting.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial land/site development projects from feasibility through permitting and construction.
• Manage schedules, budgets, contracts, deliverables, and client relations.
• Oversee grading, drainage, stormwater, and utility design coordination.
• Mentor project engineers and junior staff.
• Coordinate with owners, developers, architects, municipalities, and utilities.
• Support business development and client relationship growth.
