Job summary

Pierce Goodwin Alexander & Linville, Inc. (PGAL) is a national design firm delivering architecture, engineering, interiors and planning. We seek a Senior Billing Specialist with at least 5 years of relevant AEC experience and strong organizational skills.

Proficiency in Deltek Vision or VantagePoint is required to manage client invoicing processes. The role involves full project billing cycles, contract review, and reporting, with responsibilities extending to client portal submissions and

Qualifications

• Prior experience in an Architecture/Engineering firm is preferred.
• Proficient with A/E industry software Deltek Vision and Vantagepoint.
• 5 years of billing/invoicing and contract/project management support experience required.
• Intermediate/Advanced proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Must be organized, detail-oriented, motivated, and able to multi-task.
• Ability to handle high volumes of oral/email/written correspondence.
• FAR and Federal Contracting experience a plus.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage full project and billing/invoicing cycle.
• Handle project accounting tasks including contract review, setup, invoicing schematics, reporting, and client-specific requirements.
• Submit physical and electronic invoices and manage Client Portal uploads.
• Oversee MWBE, City/Local Government reporting for projects.
• Perform project analysis, reconciliation, and maintenance.
• Monitor accounts receivable and conduct collection efforts.
• Manage consultant insurance certificates and tracking.

We seek a Senior Billing Specialist with at least 5 years of relevant experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and must have Deltek Vision or VantagePoint software experience.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Full Project and Billing/Invoicing cycle
• Project Accounting -contract review, project setup, invoicing schematics, reporting, issuing insurance certificates, and implementation of client-specific requirements
• Physical and Electronic invoice submission/Client Portal uploads
• Project MWBE, City/Local Government Reporting
• Project analysis, reconciliation, and maintenance
• Monitor A/R and perform collection efforts
• Consultant Insurance Certificates management and tracking

• 5 years of billing/invoicing (LS, T&M, and CP) and contract/project management support experience is required.
• Intermediate/Advanced Proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Must be organized, detail-oriented, motivated, and able to multi-task
• Handling high communication volumes- oral/email/written correspondence.
• Willing to thrive and learn in a fast-paced environment
• FAR and Federal Contracting experience a plus
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
