LaBella Associates is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Associate to manage monthly project billing for multiple Project Managers and support the Accounting team with invoicing accuracy and timeliness. You will generate reports and analyze data while handling special projects as assigned.

Training for the position will require in-person attendance, followed by a potential hybrid schedule. 3+ years of accounting experience, proficiency in Excel, and knowledge of Deltek Vantagepoint are

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably within architecture, engineering, consulting, or other professional services industries.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Billing practices is required.
• Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly project billing for multiple Project Managers.
• Collaborate with project staff and Accounting team to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
• Generate reports and analyze data to support financial decisions.
