Job summary

LaBella Associates seeks an Accounting Associate to join its fast-paced Accounting Department. You will manage monthly project billing for multiple Project Managers, collaborate with project staff and the Accounting team to ensure accurate and timely invoicing, and generate reports while analyzing data to support financial decisions.

In-person training is required, with a potential hybrid schedule after successful completion.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably within architecture, engineering, consulting, or other professional services industries.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Billing practices is required. Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable experience a plus!
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint or similar project-based accounting software preferred.
• Ability to manage their own workload to efficiently complete their tasks by assigned deadlines.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
