Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• 5+ years’ experience in the food service industry.
• Experience in preparing and quoting food service projects.
• Operational experience preferred.
• Negotiation and purchasing experience.
• AutoQuotes and Microsoft Office expertise.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business.
• Solicit consultants, architects and foodservice operators for new projects.
• Help price the bids and calculate rebate back‑ends.
• Help fill out bid paperwork.
• Call on bids after sending to customers.
• Responsible for hitting quarterly and yearly contract award quota.
• Perform scope reviews as needed.
• Prepare V.E. and alternate bid packages upon customer request.
