Job summary

STV is seeking a Project Architect in the Buildings group to lead the creation of construction documents for projects in Pennsylvania. The role requires producing drawings and specifications, coordinating with engineering disciplines and outside consultants, and ensuring code-compliant, buildable documents under the supervision of a Senior Project Architect.

Qualifications

• RA license is required or obtainable within an agreed period after hire.
• 5–10 years of architecture experience, including construction documents and multi-discipline coordination.
• Proficiency in Revit/BIM for architectural production.
• Working knowledge of local building codes.
• Experience coordinating with engineering disciplines and outside consultants through DD and CD phases.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead production of construction documents and specifications for assigned projects.
• Direct technical coordination across engineering disciplines and consultants to produce coordinated documents.
• Own technical detailing, code compliance, and document quality within the scope.
• Collaborate with the Design Lead and report to Senior Project Architect on design decisions and client communication.
• Manage day-to-day production and discipline coordination, mentoring production staff.
• Ensure Revit models and specifications are integrated, accurate, and consistent with drawings.
