Lopergolo + Bartling Architects in Downtown Manhattan is seeking a Project Architect to lead and learn within a collaborative team, handling institutional, cultural and residential projects. The candidate will oversee design, documentation and construction administration from schematic design through construction.

The role emphasizes mentorship, client coordination, zoning knowledge, and proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, Enscape and Adobe Suite to deliver innovative projects within New York

Formación

• Minimum 6+ years of relevant architectural experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, Enscape and Adobe Suite.
• Demonstrated experience in construction documents and detailing.
• Strong knowledge of NYC zoning and building codes, energy codes, and accessibility.
• Experience with all project phases from schematic design through construction.

Responsabilidades

• Manage multiple projects through design, documentation and construction administration to ensure quality.
• Develop and manage project schedules, milestones and deliverables; adjust plans as needed.
• Serve as the liaison with clients, consultants and authorities; attend project site meetings.
• Guide junior team members in design and production of architectural documents.
• Lead office initiatives for mentorship and education with Principals and other project architects.
