Job summary

STV Incorporated in Denver seeks a Project Architect to lead the technical production of construction documents and specifications. You will coordinate across all engineering disciplines, ensure code compliance, and mentor production staff, driving quality through DD and CD phases.

The role collaborates with the Design Lead and Design Manager, contributing to firmwide technical standards and proposals beyond project delivery.

Qualifications

• RA license, preferably CO state or obtainable after hire.
• 10–15 years of architecture experience including construction document production and multi-discipline coordination.
• Proficiency in Revit/BIM for architectural production.
• Working knowledge of Denver/Colorado building codes.
• Experience coordinating with engineering disciplines and outside consultants through DD and CD phases.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead production of construction documents and specifications for assigned projects.
• Direct technical coordination across engineering disciplines and consultants to produce coordinated, clash-free documents.
• Own technical detailing, code compliance and document quality within the scope.
• Mentor and supervise production staff; ensure model quality and integration with drawings and specs.
• Collaborate with Design Lead and Design Manager; contribute to firmwide technical standards and tools.
