Progressive Companies seeks a Project Architect II to own the technical design of major projects from concept through documentation and into the field. You will lead the technical design, produce models and drawings in Revit and AutoCAD, and ensure code compliance.

You will mentor junior architects, coordinate with consultants/engineers, and address plan review and code questions with the authority having jurisdiction. The firm emphasizes ESOP and a hybrid work schedule.

Qualifications

• Own the technical design of major projects from concept to documents.

• Stamp and seal construction documents as a licensed architect.
