Job summary

CRB in Dallas, TX is seeking a licensed Architect with strong design, documentation, and construction administration skills to lead small projects and support larger teams.

The ideal candidate has an accredited architecture degree, licensure, seven years of experience, and proficiency in Revit. Travel for project sites and client coordination may be involved; EOR responsibilities for small projects.

Qualifications

• Accredited professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch, M.Arch, and/or D.Arch).
• Architectural license in good standing with reciprocal licensure through NCARB.
• Seven years of professional experience in architectural practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead design through all phases from programming to construction administration.
• Attend meetings to document client, code and programming requirements.
• Generate BIM documentation and construction drawings using Revit or similar tools.
• Develop and deliver studies, presentations and reports for projects.
• Coordinate with engineering and construction teams for coordinated designs.
• Mentor Architectural Interns / Design staff on project work.
• Act as Architect of Record for small projects.
