Job summary

BRPH is seeking an experienced Architect in Dallas to perform and assist with architectural projects, manage multiple assignments, and mentor staff. The role requires strong architectural knowledge, independent problem-solving, and coordination with disciplines to ensure quality and profitability.

The candidate will oversee design development, prepare construction documents, and coordinate with project teams while upholding BRPH standards and sustainable practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Ten years of experience as an architect.
• Must be certified as a Professional Registered Architect.
• Experience managing midsize to large projects.
• Technically competent to sign and seal construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Performs complex professional architectural work and oversees related tasks under supervision.
• Represents the company and coordinates work across disciplines.
• prepares reports, plans, schedules, cost estimates, and permits.
• Develops proposals and agreements for assigned projects and manages budgets.
• May serve as project manager or project architect and sign/seal documents as AOR.
