Job summary

CRB is seeking a Senior Architect to lead design, documentation, and construction administration across complex projects in life sciences and food & beverage sectors. You will coordinate with internal and external teams, ensure code compliance, and develop construction documents with strong attention to quality.

Ideal candidates have a professional architecture degree, a current architectural license, and 15+ years of experience, with Proficiency in Revit and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Accredited degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch/D.Arch) or international equivalent.
• Architectural license in good standing with NCARB reciprocity ability.
• Strong knowledge of International Building Code, OSHA and ADA standards.
• Experience coordinating cross-disciplinary projects across multiple phases.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, documentation and construction administration across phases.
• Prepare complex construction documents and specifications for large projects.
• Coordinate with internal/external teams, manage priorities and quality checks.
• Mentor architectural staff and act as Architect of Record when needed.
• Drive architectural presence in advanced technology markets.
