Job summary

BKV Group seeks a Project Architect with 4-8 years’ experience to join our Development team, focusing on Affordable Multi-family Housing projects. We’re looking for someone with a proactive and positive attitude and excellent organizational skills who seeks to thrive and work effectively in a highly collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or equivalent experience.
• 4–8 years of related experience; licensure after 1–4 years recommended.
• Proficient in Revit, Adobe and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Plan project layouts with PM/Senior Project Architect and prepare design information.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to integrate systems for client review.
• Prepare complete construction documents in Revit and coordinate 3-D/2-D deliverables.
• Support construction administration with RFIs, submittals, ASIs and PRs.
