Job Description

BKV Group seeks a Project Architect with 4-8 years' experience to join our Development team, focusing on a wide range of Market-rate and Affordable Multi-family, Senior Living, Student Living, and/or Mixed-use projects. We're looking for someone with a proactive and positive attitude and excellent organizational skills who seeks to thrive and work effectively in a highly collaborative environment. Ideally, we are looking for a well-rounded architect with experience working in all project phases for related project types.

• Work with the Project Manager or Senior Project Architect in planning the layout of projects and in preparing information regarding design, specifications, materials, color, and equipment.
• Coordinate with engineering team members to assist the Project Manager or Senior Project Architect with the integration of engineering systems into a unified design for client review and approval.
• Prepare complete and comprehensive plans, schedules, and details utilizing Revit for architectural construction documents under the guidance of a Senior Project Architect and/or Project Manager. Coordinate the architectural Revit model with each discipline for a complete and coordinated 3-D model and 2-D drawing deliverable as required at each phase of the project.
• Work closely with the project team to support the construction administration phase with responding to RFIs, submittal reviews, ASIs and PRs.

Compensation range: $85,000 - $95,000 annually, or commensurate with experience.
