Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

Position Description:

BKV Group seeks a talented Project Architect I with 1 – 4 years' related experience to join our team in Dallas, TX. We are looking for someone with architectural experience in all phases of project design and documentation. Previous experience working on multi-family housing or government projects is preferred.

Assist the Project Manager or Senior Project Architect in planning the layout of projects and preparing information regarding design, specifications, materials, color, and equipment.
Coordinate with engineering team members to assist the PM or SPA with the integration of engineering systems into a unified design for client review and approval.
Prepare complete and comprehensive plans, schedules, and details utilizing Revit software for the architectural construction documents under the guidance of the SPA and/or PM.
Coordinate the architectural Revit model with each discipline for a complete and coordinated 3-D model and 2-D drawing deliverable as required at each phase of the project.
Work closely with the project team to support the construction administration phase with responding to RFI’s, submittal reviews, ASI’s and PR’s.
Receive project direction from the SPA and/or PM.

Qualifications:

Professional degree in architecture and licensure required.
1– 4 years' experience as a registered architect.
Proficiency with Revit, BIM 360 and Microsoft Office programs required.
Must have the ability to communicate effectively and work efficiently with team members.
Certification or experience in sustainable building design a plus.

Compensation range: $80,000 – $90,000 annually, or commensurate with experience.
