LeoForce in Richmond, VA is seeking a Senior Project Architect to lead design efforts from concept through construction, ensuring high-quality, sustainable outcomes. You will collaborate with engineers and clients to deliver compelling architectural solutions and maintain project timelines and budgets.

The role requires 3+ years of experience in architectural design and management, strong skills in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and 3D Modeling, and a passion for green building practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design, project management, and construction management.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and 3D Modeling.
  • Demonstrated experience in sustainable design and green building practices.
  • LEED AP certification is highly desirable.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead projects from conception to completion.
  • Strong understanding of construction drawings and architectural plans.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and solutions to a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, collaborating with other professionals to achieve project goals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to find innovative solutions to design challenges.

  • Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and advancements, applying this knowledge to improve design outcomes and processes.
  • Participate in project reviews, providing constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other architects and engineers to enhance the quality of design and construction.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Project Architect to join our progressive engineering team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from conception to completion, in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
