Bespoke Careers is seeking an experienced Project Architect to lead the delivery of small to mid-sized architectural projects from concept through construction. You will work closely with clients, design professionals, development and construction teams while owning project execution, technical quality, and team leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture with active architectural licensure required.
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant architectural experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Revit, construction documentation, building codes, and constructability reviews.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead project teams, coordinate consultants, and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with Bluebeam and sustainability credentials such as LEED AP and/or WELL AP are highly desirable.

  • Lead and support project teams through the design and documentation process for small to mid-sized architectural projects.
  • Develop comprehensive design and construction documents that meet project objectives, schedules, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, development teams, and construction professionals throughout project delivery.
  • Manage project design schedules, lead team and consultant meetings, and oversee QA/QC processes and project specifications.
  • Research building codes, navigate regulatory approvals, resolve complex technical issues, and mentor junior architectural staff.
