Job description

Seeking a motivated Project Architect with at least six years of professional experience to join a collaborative team. The ideal candidate is capable of managing projects from concept through construction and is passionate about thoughtful, well‑crafted design. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of projects and contribute to meaningful spaces.

Base pay range

$85,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through all phases, from schematic design and documentation to construction administration.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and clients to ensure design intent and project goals are met.
• Prepare and review construction documents, specifications, and details.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members.
• Maintain quality control and adherence to firm standards.
• Participate in design reviews and contribute to the creative process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 6+ years of professional experience in an architectural firm.
• Licensure preferred or actively pursuing licensure.
• Proficiency in Revit required; familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
• Strong understanding of building systems, codes, and construction processes.
• Excellent communication, organization, and coordination skills.
• Experience managing consultant teams and interacting directly with clients.
