Total Wine & More in Bethesda, MD is seeking a Project Analyst to support Store Development with project trackers, budgeting, procurement coordination, and regular status reporting. The role works with Project Managers, Accounting, Procurement, Facilities, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate documentation and timely handoffs.

The ideal candidate has 1–4 years in project coordination or related fields, strong Excel/Office skills, and experience with reporting dashboards.

Qualifications

  • 1–4 years of experience in project coordination, project controls, construction administration, financial analysis, procurement, or a related support function.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project trackers, documentation logs, procurement status updates, and milestone reports to support clear visibility into assigned Store Development projects.
  • Assess budget, purchase orders, committed costs, forecast, and project status information for routine discrepancies and follow-ups.
  • Implement consistent processes for contracts, schedules, purchase orders, RFIs, submittals, change orders, permits, inspections, and closeout materials.
  • Facilitate weekly and monthly project status reporting, KPI updates, executive summaries, and dashboard inputs that communicate progress, risks, and opportunities clearly.
  • Coordinate admin functions, meeting logistics, travel support, and team communication as needed.
  • Support vendor onboarding, contract execution, procurement follow-up, and project closeout reconciliation.
  • Assist with monthly project financial forecasts using inputs from Project Managers.
  • Recommend improvements to reporting templates, workflows, and tracking practices.

About the RoleTotal Wine & More is seeking a Project Analyst, Store Development to join our team in Bethesda, MD. You will develop and maintain project documentation, reporting, and coordination routines that support efficient department operations and project execution. This role works independently on defined project controls, budget tracking, procurement coordination, and status reporting while partnering with Project Managers, Accounting, Procurement, Facilities, vendors, and internal stakeholders. The position helps assess project data, resolve routine coordination issues, and implement consistent processes that improve visibility, accuracy, and timely project progression.
