We are looking for you to join our team as a Project Analyst based out of Woodland Hills, CA. As a Project Analyst at Northrop Grumman, you will have a challenging and rewarding opportunity to be a part of our Enterprise-wide digital transformation. The successful candidate will be collaborative, open, transparent, and team-oriented with a focus on team empowerment & shared responsibility, flexibility, continuous learning, and a culture of automation.
What You’ll get to Do:
Handle Problem Reports (PR’s) in close coordination with the applicable Systems Engineering Integration & Test (SEIT) Lead and program team.
In support of the SEIT Lead, assign actions to Engineering organizations to resolve technical and process problems.
Process and coordinate the initial release of new factory SIL/test equipment and ongoing changes.
Process and coordinate the release of new Prime Hardware (Product) drawings packages and ongoing changes.
Identify the different types of drawings.
Work with affected engineering groups to provide guidance on drawing development.
Multi-task through a high-stress environment to support engineering releases.
Work daily with complex engineering documentation management systems.
Gain an understanding of the business and customer priorities.
Ensure compliance to applicable Command Media.
Perform onboarding assistance and confirmation.
Provide restricted program and SharePoint access.
Provide document numbers and assist with closed area access.
Provide training to the engineering team.
Perform releases of classified material.
Basic Qualifications for a Project Analyst are:
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree, or 6 years relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
Solid planning and organizational skills, as well as attention to detail.
Demonstrated strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
Experience with Product Life Cycle Management and Configuration Management principles.
Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
US Citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance.
Ability to work 100% onsite in Woodland Hills, CA.
Salary Range: $73,900 - $100,900
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers.
