We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development (L&D) Consultant with a strong background in Project Management to support and guide the ongoing refinement of our Managed Services offering. This consultant will work closely with internal teams to advise on governance models, project workflows, reporting structures, and service delivery strategies. The ideal consultant has hands-on experience setting up and managing Managed Services operations specific to L&D, with a strong focus on operational efficiency, scalability, and best-in-class client service.

Scope of Work:

• Assess and advise on the current Managed Services model for L&D projects.
• Recommend and help implement project governance frameworks, including project intake, prioritization, resource allocation, and reporting structures.
• Support the refinement of project management standards, templates, and tools to drive consistency and efficiency.
• Advise on best practices for client communications, issue escalation, and service-level expectations.
• Help define and standardize key performance indicators (KPIs) for project delivery and client success.
• Provide strategic coaching and recommendations to internal operational leads to strengthen project delivery and service operations.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and process optimization within the Managed Services model.

Ideal Background:

• 10+ years of project management experience with deep expertise leading Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives.
• Proven experience setting up or enhancing Managed Services operations for L&D functions (internal or outsourced models).
• Strong background in project governance, operational process design, and vendor management.
• Exceptional ability to diagnose operational gaps and recommend practical, scalable solutions.
• Previous consulting experience (internal or external) highly preferred; ability to operate as a strategic advisor is essential.
• Deep knowledge of learning operations best practices, including governance, service delivery models, and vendor-supported ecosystems.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
