The HRIS Workday Functional Analyst supports the execution of system setup and workflows across modules within Workday. These roles will partner with HR domain subject matter experts, customers, IT partners, and third parties to better understand and document detailed business requirements. HRIS Functional Analysts will lead business process mapping to identify current gaps and opportunities for Workday automation and standard work; apply technical expertise to enable these processes within Workday; and ensure that configuration of Workday system settings, integrations, and options meet business objectives.
Complexity & Impact: Uses seasoned expertise to troubleshoot complex problems; errors can have significant business impact.
Supervision: Works independently, providing guidance to less experienced team members; work is reviewed for judgment and accuracy.
This role may be remote. Salary range: $95,400 - $127,150 annually. Compensation depends on various factors including experience, skills, and location.
