KBR’s Mission Technology division is seeking a Program Planning and Cost Control (PP&C) Analyst to oversee financial and contractual tracking across multiple government contract types. In this role, you will collaborate with Program Managers, Contracts, and other operational teams to ensure accurate cost management, forecasting, and compliance. The ideal candidate has a strong background working for a government contractor,with expertise in financial planning, cost control, and schedule management.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Education & Experience (options):
Technical Skills/Software Expertise: COGNOS, Costpoint, Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel skills).
Citizenship & Clearance: Must be a U.S. citizen with a DOD Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain
Other: Mastery of complex program management concepts (budgets, estimates to complete, project schedules, etc.).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience with standard government agency reporting requirements (DOD, NASA).
Working knowledge/use of COBRA.
Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 hours/week.
This position offers a flexible remote workplace setting. This role operates on EST/East Coast Hours of Operation.
Compensation: $64,000-$96,200. The salary range posted is based on the national average. The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s location, knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience, contract affordability, and in consideration of internal parity.
Additional Compensation: KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of a sign-on bonus, relocation benefits, short-term incentives, long-term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
