What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Independently oversee medium-scale projects or phases of larger projects related to customer onboarding
- Coordinate project team activities, identifying resources and developing schedules for timely project completion
- Define system scope and project objectives to support business needs and clarify team member roles
- Develop project plans specifying goals, strategies, staffing, and resource allocation
- Facilitate status and milestone meetings with cross-functional groups and prepare related documentation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Generally requires a BS Degree in a business field or equivalent work experience
- Typically 2-4 years of directly related experience
- Conceptual understanding of current technologies and methodologies for effective project communication
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and their application in business and technical environments
- Demonstrated intermediate-level experience with MS Office suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the Real Estate and/or Title and Escrow industry strongly desired
- Experience facilitating meetings and light presentation skills
